I found your blog because you left a comment on my blog for my Rainbow Zucchini Pasta recipe. How fortunate you did or I wouldn't have discovered you. I may be vegan but I still love your blog and have found lots of recipes to try..the cauliflower soup for starters! You have a conversational writing style that I love and your recipes are adventurous (like you I guess…living in Hong Kong!). So I have signed up and am so happy to have come across your blog. You made my day with your comment about my recipe yesterday. I was travelling back on the train, tired after a day taking my mother around the sights of London….a gruesome 19th Century operating theatre and a lively food market before warming my belly with dosa at the best vegan Indian in London.
