Nothing tastes as good as healthy/thin feels.
Am I hungry or do I just have the desire to eat?
Will I remember this meal/dessert/snack in two weeks time?
Take one bite. Is this a ten out of ten dish? If not, stop eating.
How will I feel right after I eat?
Ways to avoid eating junk:
Drink instead.
Go for a walk.
