Top 5 Easter Recipes

For me, holidays revolve around food. Easter meals are a great time to share with friends and family and reflect on God's gift to us in Jesus. Here are my five picks for making this weekend's food special.

Hot Cross Buns: This whole grain version of the Easter classic is easy to make and a perfect Easter breakfast.

Roasted Root Vegetables: The perfect side dish to your roast chicken or leg of lamb.

Cabbage with Juniper and Cream: A stunning but simple way to enjoy cabbage. It takes minutes to put to together but tastes unlike any other cabbage side dish you have ever eaten.

Artichoke Squares: These are great party bites, mild and cheesy. They also make delicious appetizers.

Lemon Drizzle Cake: Finish off Easter dinner with this lovely, zingy cake.

Love the healthy take on hot cross buns as an easter favorite! It puts me in a mind to try a healthy makeover of babka . . .

Cool! Let me know how it goes. If you take a picture, can you show me? Maybe on Facebook? :)
Are you planning an Easter meal? 12-14 invited for Sunday night: Jessie and Lil and Kay, Glenn and David, Paul and Micah, and some of their families. Wish you were here!

Hey Dad! No, no Easter meal planned this time. We are pretty low key this year! I had lunch with some church friends; Anthony was sick at home. :(
Thanks for the recipe and I find this to be yummy and delicious. I would really like to try this at home this coming weekend. Thank you once again.
