Easy Edible Gifts for Christmas

Here are four fabulously easy gifts to make as Christmas gifts: limoncello, hot chocolate on a stick, boozy fudge with nuts, and hermit bars.

Limoncello is an infused liquor made with just three ingredients: vodka, lemon zest, and sugar. It needs a week's resting time, but is very simple to make.

Hot chocolate on a stick is made by melting chocolate and then pouring it into moulds. You can add crushed candy canes and silver balls as decorations. The lucky recipient stirs it into a mug of hot milk for instant hot chocolate.

These two rich fudge recipes are amazingly easy. There's white chocolate with pistachios and Irish cream, and there's dark chocolate with almonds and kahlua.

Hermit bars are cake slices made with warming, Christmassy spices. The smells of nutmeg, molasses, and raisins are so festive.
