Thanks for all the links. i too want to make my own cheese. I purchased this book recently from a local beer brewing store - Home Cheese Making by Ricki Carrol. Haven't had the guts to give it a try yet. But I will eventually.

Hi Shelley, oh, how exciting! I hope you do try out some cheese and let me know how it goes. I have made mascarpone once before�and I am going to see if�I can learn to make some other fresh cheeses. I am eagerly awaiting your feedback!
i love the bagel cutting...............now I have to make my own bagels just so I can cut them!!! Happy Easter
